Staff at  Warrandyte High have a strong commitment to achieving high learning outcomes for students.

Quality of Teachers

Research shows that good teachers are vital for student learning. At Warrandyte High School, there is a robust and dynamic professional learning program for teachers so they continue to develop their skills and expertise to meet the needs of 21^st century learners. Our staff have been invited to be Web Conference Leaders, present at Education Seminars, be involved in DEECD Innovation Projects and act as examiners at Year 12.

Teams of teachers share their understandings of individual students and best teaching practice in order to meet the learning needs of all students. Structures such as Professional Learning Teams support this approach.
